Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Exchange and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either 'the Company', 'We', 'Us' or 'Our' in this Agreement) refers to Avvinya Jewels.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Avvinya Jewels, accessible from www.avvinyajewels.in
- You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
We have a 7-days exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
All sales are final. No returns only exchange available. We offer to exchange an item only if the order is faulty, or if the product has a defect or problem. In such cases we request you to register a complaint with us via email info@avvinyajewels.in . We will try to process your request immediately however these are delt with on case to case basis.
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. An unboxing video will be required.
Please note shipping amount worth Rs.100 will be deducted from your purchase amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift items or gift cards.
Customised jewelery (including personalised/ Custom design products) are not eligible for an exchange.
Any item that shows sign of Damage/Wear & Tear/ ALTERED in any way will not be covered under the exchange policy.
Shipping and Handling
Avvinya Jewels is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issues within the shipping company.
In order to maintain the jewelry please follow the jewelry care instructions thoroughly.
